About Us
Chocolate Gems is a Singapore-based private jewelry studio founded by Archana Patel, shaped by a love of colourful gemstones and beautiful design.
The experience here is intentionally personal - closer to working with your own jewellery curator than visiting a traditional store. Each client is guided individually, with time, attention and an understanding of what feels right for them.
Every gemstone is carefully handpicked for its unique character, and each piece is individually crafted by skilled artisans, allowing the gemstones themselves to guide the final design. From thoughtfully created pieces to bespoke creations developed with clients, Chocolate Gems offers jewellery that feels joyful, distinctive and entirely your own.

Meet Archana
Archana Patel didn’t exactly follow the traditional path into jewellery. She began her career as a litigator, before deciding, after 13 years, that gemstones were far more fun than courtrooms.
A lifelong lover of all things bold, bling and beautiful, she started by designing pieces for herself. That small experiment grew into Chocolate Gems, as word spread and clients began asking her to create pieces for them too.
Coming from a family of private jewellers in India, Archana grew up surrounded by gemstones and craftsmanship, an influence that continues to shape her work today. Her approach is instinctive and hands-on, often guided as much by the personality of the stones as by the design itself.
She is especially known for her opal jewellery - a long-time obsession - and for creating pieces that feel vibrant, individual and just a little unexpected.
Her philosophy is simple: jewellery, like chocolate, is meant to be enjoyed. Often. Unapologetically. Entirely on your own terms.
A small escape.
A lovely one.
Tucked away in the heart of Amoy Street, the Chocolate Gems showroom offers an easy and welcome pause from the pace of the day.
Whether you’re dropping in for a quick lunchtime reset, or are setting aside time for a more considered visit, you are invited to explore the ready-to-wear collection or begin your bespoke process in a personal, unhurried setting - and leave feeling refreshed, and perhaps a little indulged.
